I was in line to order a coffee, and I overheard the person in front of me ask for something I never would have thought of-- a shot of honey in their latte. I was like.... I might have to try this.
I asked the barista what the deal was and she upped the ante saying "it's great! Some people add cinnamon on top too."
Boom. Life changed.
I eventually amended this order to be: hot latte with oat milk, add a shot of honey and cinnamon. Try it! It's delicious!
I appreciate the friendly staff and their recommendations. The coffee is high quality, but they aren't snobbish. There is counter and table seating inside but I tend to get my coffee to go or eat on the back patio. I believe there is wi-fi. They also have a punch card system which I've used to get free drinks.
Bonus is that Estrella bakery is a few steps away. So you see where I'm going with this?... :) -

My experience this morning was extremely disappointing!!! People think that hate/bias/micro aggressions can be covered up because they don't say anything that reflects how they feel and what they think.
When you work in any industry you depend on an income from the service or product that you provide to the community.
If you DON'T LIKE people (especially non-white body people) get a different job!!!!! We come to your place of business with an clear intention to spend our hard earned money treat us with respect and dignity!
If you can't do it, find something else that will pay you without the support of other people.
Newsflash - that job doesn't exist!!!!!!! -

Dude! I also love this place to hang out and drink coffee. Janna is dope. So are all the other baristas. Presta only hires the nicest people. The coffee is amazing. All kinds of single origin coffees available and the espresso blend makes for an awesome latte. Ask for an iced basic (vanilla latte), its phenomenal, I have at least 4 a day. The milk is organic! Also, their decaf is incredible, for when you don't need that extra kick.
Mercado is awesome if you want to enjoy some crispy avocado tacos from Seis or a nice donut from Estrella with your coffee. You can hang out there and see cute dogs and drink coffee all day.
Order the Peachy Boi while it lasts! Best non-coffee drink in America, and it'll keep you cool in the hot Tucson summer. Pastries from Prep and Pastry are bomb and delicious. They also serve the best cereal.
Cool vibe, awesome baristas, delicious coffee.

By far my favorite coffee roaster in Tucson! I really like the atmosphere and the service! The barista had competed in a local competition and was telling me about it. They have more than one location, but this is where I went. The instant was not but but not great.

Well crafted cappuccino in a lively and comfortable courtyard shared by other eateries. Badly in need an additional barista - the line and post-order wait was excessively long. Can and should provide better service
